Our Online Shipping Warehouse is Moving!

To all our incredible 401 Patrons,

There have been delays with portions of the warehouse move, but we have so far been able to minimize any interruptions to online order processing. For customers coming to our Vaughan retail location, please be aware that the availability of some products that are usually only available in the warehouse may be inaccessible during the move. Please call ahead if there are board games you are looking for so we can make sure of availablity. We thank you for your continued patience as we get things all sorted in our new space! 

Our online shipping warehouse is moving! Starting this week we will begin the monumental task of moving all our online inventory to our new warehouse location. This should NOT affect either in-store retail location's inventory or services.

We anticipate little to no delays in getting your online orders processed but we ask that you be patient with us during this transition period.

We will be pausing order modification requests through our customer service channels during the move in order to help keep processing times normal. This means we will not be able to accommodate any merges or modifications to orders currently on hold.

Our customer service team will do their absolute best to assist with any questions or concerns you may have while we complete this move. We anticipate this move to be completed in roughly ten days.
