2024 December Shipping Updates

UPDATE DECEMBER 23rd, 2024

TCG Singles Letter Mail is back! Canada Post has resumed normal scheduled pickups of our Free Letter Mail and Reduced Rate Letter Mail options, so we are offering these shipping services back to customers. Please keep in mind that there may still be some slightly longer-than-normal delays as Canada Post deals with the holiday season volumes.

UPDATE DECEMBER 18th, 2024

With the announcement that Canada Post will be returning to work, we are anticipating significant delays due to their backlog of outstanding parcels. For the time being we will continue to use alternate carriers, like UPS, as we are committed to ensuring our customer's orders can arrive within a reasonable time frame. We will continue to monitor the Canada Post situation and once we are confident that orders can be delivered within a reasonable time frame, we will begin offering those shipping services again, including letter mail for TCG singles.

As we continue to work through the Black Friday/Cyber Monday order volume as well as regular releases, we ask for your continued patience as we process your orders as quickly and safely as possible! Please expect longer than normal processing times.

HOLIDAY PROCESSING/SHIPPING

With the Canada Post strike continuing into December, we continue to ship all orders with UPS and other alternative carriers. Visit our Canada Post Strike FAQ for more information. Please be aware we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

With that in mind we advise ordering earlier than later, so we have as much time as possible to get your orders to you (especially regarding holiday presents or similar). Due to strains on all logistics with shipping companies continuing into this month, we cannot give guaranteed arrival dates for your parcel deliveries as we cannot anticipate external delays due to shipping volumes or processing issues with carriers.
