2024 December Shipping Updates

UPDATE DECEMBER 3, 2024

As we continue to work through the Black Friday/Cyber Monday order volume as well as regular releases, we ask for your continued patience as we process your orders as quickly and safely as possible! Please expect longer than normal processing times.

HOLIDAY PROCESSING/SHIPPING

With the Canada Post strike continuing into December, we continue to ship all orders with UPS and other alternative carriers. Visit our Canada Post Strike FAQ for more information. Please be aware we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

With that in mind we advise ordering earlier than later, so we have as much time as possible to get your orders to you (especially regarding holiday presents or similar). Due to strains on all logistics with shipping companies continuing into this month, we cannot give guarenteed arrival dates for your parcel deliveries as we cannot anticipate external delays due to shipping volumes or processing issues with carriers.
