May Draft Fest - Battle for Baldur's Gate 50th Anniversary Draft Event

We're excited to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Dungeons and Dragons with a Magic draft unlike any other! As a part of the 401 Games Draft Fest, you MAY win it big on an adventure of a lifetime!

Date: Saturday, May 18th 2024

Start Time: 3:00 PM

Capacity: 12 Planeswalkers

Format:

Commander Draft

Tournament Structure:

Unlike regular drafts, Planeswalker will receive 3 Battle for Baldur's Gate Draft Boosters along with 1 Battle for Baldur's Gate Collector Booster that they will use to draft with.

Planeswalkers will start by opening their Collector Boosters (these are not to be drafted but can be used in their final deck construction then will draft their remaining boosters 2 cards at a time. Following the draft, Planeswalkers will construct a 60 card deck and head into battle!

Planeswalker will play in 2 rounds of Commander with a small twist. When you are directed to venture into the dungeon, you will instead venture into the Baldur's Gate Wilderness (a special oversized dungeon create for this event)! Planeswalkers will receive a mini fig to mark their journey but are encouraged to bring their own!
