SHIPPING UPDATES - LETTER MAIL

JANUARY 21st - Canada Post has informed us that they are still working on clearing out the backlog of letter mail orders from when the strike began. Some regions are experiencing more delays that others.

We are asking our patrons for their continued patience as Canada Post works to get their backlog cleared. For letter mail orders made between November 11th and November 18th, if you have not received them by mid February, please contact us.

New letter mail orders should not be affected by these backlog delays, but you may still see somewhat longer-than-normal delivery times.
