IMPORTANT NOTICE - VAUGHAN STORE PARTIAL RE-OPENING

*Update 5* - Our Vaughan retail PLAY SPACE is OPEN starting Friday, June 7th, 2024! This means all Vaughan Store operations are back up and running! Once again we want to thank all of our patrons for their patience and continued support over the past 10 days as our team has worked diligently to get everything up and running again. 

*Update 4* - Our Vaughan Store will be undergoing some construction overnight for the next few days. The store location will remain open for normal business hours during this time.

Access to card singles in binders will be mostly available (with some minor limitations) until we can get shelving put back into place. We still have access to all Sports and Trading Card Games sealed product behind the counter and all pickup orders will be fulfilled and be available for pickup without service interruption.

Events are still cancelled at our Vaughan store location until further notice.

We are still working around the clock to answer all of your emails and requests and we appreciate your continued patience and understanding at this time. Once you send in an email or customer service ticket, our all-star customer service team will be in touch as soon as possible.

We want to thank all of our patrons again for their patience and continued support while we get everything back to 100% in our Vaughan Store location.

*Update 3* - Our Vaughan RETAIL space is now open normal hours! The PLAY SPACE remains CLOSED and events will continue to be cancelled until further notice. We appreciate your continued patience!

*Update 2* - Vaughan events for Thursday, May 30th and Friday, May 31st are also cancelled.

*Update 1* - The Vaughan retail store will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, May 29th for in-store shopping and events, but in-store pickups will be available at the front registers. Online orders will resume shipping Thursday, May 30th. We appreciate your continued patience as we get everything up and running as soon as possible!

Early this morning, Tuesday, May 28th, our Vaughan store and warehouse, along with most other units in 7700 Keele St., were flooded. The cause of the flood is currently being investigated but for today, Tuesday, May 28th, the store will be closed. No orders will be available for pick-up and all events are cancelled. We have also cancelled all events scheduled for Wednesday, May 29th.

We apologize for any inconvenience and ask for patience as we repair the damage and prepare for reopening. As we have more information we will update this page with more detail and timelines.
