A Set Worth Celebrating
OP-17 is built around legendary pirates and some of the strongest characters in One Piece history. The set introduces six new Leaders, including Edward Newgate, Shanks, Rocks. D. Xebec, Kaido, Monkey. D. Luffy, and Charlotte Linlin.
One of the biggest highlights is the introduction of Rocks. D. Xebec, finally giving one of the most mysterious figures in One Piece history his own card in the ONE PIECE Card Game. The set also expands the Elbaph storyline with new cards featuring characters such as Loki and Usopp, opening the door for new deck-building possibilities.

Cards to Watch

Rocks. D. Xebec is another major highlight. As one of OP-17’s Secret Rares, he provides huge value for Rocks Pirates strategies by allowing you to bring additional Characters onto the field. For anyone wanting to build around the Rocks Pirates, he’s going to be an important piece of the puzzle.
The set also introduces Loki, another Secret Rare and a major addition to the new Elbaph strategies. With his huge effective cost and powerful removal ability, Loki is both a formidable threat and an exciting addition for players experimenting with Giant-focused decks.
And we can’t forget the Four Emperors. Whitebeard, Shanks, Kaido, and Charlotte Linlin all receive major new cards — and they each have a Manga Rare version to chase.
New Rarities, New Chase Cards
For collectors, OP-17 is especially exciting because it introduces several unique premium treatments.
The set features the first-ever Super Leader Parallel, giving Luffy a special manga-inspired treatment. There are also Pirate Crew Super Parallels, featuring characters alongside their crews, including Luffy with the Straw Hat Pirates and Rocks with the Rocks Pirates.
Then there are the four Manga Rare Four Emperors. Seeing Whitebeard, Shanks, Kaido, and Big Mom receive Manga Rare treatments in the same set makes OP-17 a standout collector release.
