These are Mr. Hobby's Almighty Clip Stick for painting. Use the clip end to hold your piece to handbrush or airbrush while leaving the other pointy end to stabby stabby into a base that will allow your piece to dry. These paint sticks are great to use and comes with 36pc in a pack. 

Fix the metal clip on the tip of the handle, grasp the parts firmly and support painting / drying work. Since the stick of the hand is made of wood, it can be cut short according to the work.
