The Red Rains have given birth to a lurking danger deep in the twisting caverns beneath Shadowreck. Descend into the lair of this new threat with Sembali, Victoria, Hope, and Rimea! Use your illusion magic to strike deceptively, invert your opponent’s expectations, and confound their spellcasting abilities.
This arachnid Chimera fights in two aspects, Lair and Horror. Carefully navigate the Chimera’s domain while avoiding the deadly webbing around every corner, but be careful not to lose your sanity in the process! There are terrors lurking in the shadows that can leave your Phoenixborn confused and depleted of magic before you know it.
We are also happy to introduce a special errata for Rimea Careworn in this set. This change is primarily to address accessibility issues related to viewing opponents’ cards without revealing that information. As Phoenixborn are a big focus of the game, we did not want one of them to have to sit on the bench as a result of this design. It is also a great time to freshen up her design, so we hope you enjoy this powerful reimagining of a classic Phoenixborn!
