All orders containing PRE-ORDER items will be held until ALL ITEMS have been released.
QUANTITY & ORDER ADJUSTMENTS
We reserve the right to adjust quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case by case basis and you will be notified of any changes. This pertains to and is not limited to "Buyouts" and other instances regarding the sale of high demand products. If an order is deemed to be for resale purposes it will also be subject to a potential adjustment.
WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
Currently we ship anywhere in CANADA or the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Certain items are unable to be sent to the United States of America due to the publisher's wishes. Certain sale items may be exempt from shipping to the USA as well. We currently do not ship internationally, but please check back in the future should our current policy change!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP/ BE DELIVERED?
Please allow 1-3 Business Days for your order to process and ship, we are always doing our best to make sure your order is sent as quickly as possible!
NAME, ADDRESS AND PHONE VERIFICATION (SECURITY CHECK)
Orders may be subject to a Name, Address and Phone verification with the issuing bank of the credit card provided. If there are any mismatches or errors that occur in this process we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Credit or Debit cards issued outside the USA or Canada are not accepted as we cannot perform this step if need be.
You can provide special delivery instructions in the notes section provided at checkout. If it is a last minute change/request or requires special attention please contact the shipping department at 905-660-4484.
At checkout you will have the option to select In-Store Pickup at one of our two locations. Your order will be held for one month after processing. You must show valid Photo ID when picking up your order. If you would like to designate someone else to pick up your order on your behalf you must leave their name in the order notes or email us at email@example.com with their name and your order number.
FREE SHIPPING in Canada
If the value of your order meets or exceeds $150.00 before taxes and shipping charges, you will receive Free Shipping. This applies only to orders shipped to an address within Canada.
FLAT RATE in Canada
We offer Flat Rate $8.95 Expedited Shipping on all orders being delivered to addresses in Canada. These parcels are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
FLAT RATE IN CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
We offer Flat Rate $12.95 Expedited Shipping on all orders being delivered to addresses in the United States Of America. These parcels are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel / USPS Expedited or UPS. We are not responsible for any charges, customs or other fees incurred when your parcel arrives.
ORDERS CONTAINING ONLY TRADING CARD GAME SINGLES IN CANADA
If your order contains ONLY Trading Card Game Singles and meets or exceeds $15.00 before taxes and shipping charges, the order will receive FREE SHIPPING! The order will be sent Canada Post Letter Mail with no tracking or insurance.
Depending on the size or value of your order it will either be sent via Regular Letter Mail (Envelope) or Canada Post Expedited parcel at our discretion.
If your order contains only Trading Card Game Singles and is below $15.00 before taxes and shipping charges, the order will receive Flat Rate $1.50 Letter Mail Shipping! Your order will be sent via Regular Letter Mail (Envelope).
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock/over sold at the time you place your order, we will attempt to contact you and remove the cost of the item(s) from your order. If this puts you below the free shipping threshold we will still honour it as this was a mistake on our end.
All orders are taxed according to your Province, Territory or State.
Unfortunately, due to distribution restrictions we are only able to ship Games Workshop products, Sealed Magic: The Gathering products, and select other products to addresses located within Canada. These products will have these distribution restrictions indicated on their respective pages.
DAMAGED ITEMS RECEIVED
In the unfortunate event that you receive any damaged items in your parcel please document the damage with a photo if possible. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 905-660-4484 with your order number and a description of the problem.
If the parcel you receive is damaged please document that as well so that we can be reimbursed by the carrier. We will gladly exchange, return or discount any damaged items.
ONLINE SALES RETURNS
Should you decide you do not want a product within 14 days of delivery (or 14 days from pick up) we will gladly offer a refund upon return of the product. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. This excludes Trading Card Game Singles, Trading Card Game Sealed Product and Sports Product where we reserve the right to decline a return.

OVERSIZED ORDERS, SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES OR REMOTE LOCATIONS
In certain extraneous cases, additional shipping may be required to be purchased in order to have an order sent. You will be contacted regarding this and should you not wish to pay an agreed upon fee, your order will be fully refunded.
