PRE-ORDER SHIPPING POLICY
- All orders containing PRE-ORDER items will be held until ALL ITEMS have released .
QUANTITY & ORDER ADJUSTMENTS
- We reserve the right to adjust quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case by case basis and you will be notified of any changes. This pertains to and is not limited to "Buyouts" and other instances regarding the sale of high demand products. If an order is deemed to be for resale purposes it will also be subject to a potential adjustment.
WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
- Currently we ship anywhere in CANADA or the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Certain items are unable to be sent to the United States of America due to the publishers wishes. Certain sale items may be exempt from shipping to the USA as well. We currently do not ship internationally, but please check back in the future should our current policy change!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP/ BE DELIVERED?
- Please allow 1-3 Business Days for your order to process and ship, we are always doing our best to make sure your order is sent as quickly as possible!
- Depending on your location an order will take anywhere between 1-4 Business Days to reach you generally after leaving the store. You will be provided a Tracking Number by Canada Post to keep you up to date with your parcels progress.
NAME, ADDRESS AND PHONE VERIFICATION (SECURITY CHECK)
- Orders may be subject to a Name, Address and Phone verification with the issuing bank of the credit card provided. If there are any mismatches / errors that occur in this process we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue with your bank. Credit or Debit cards issued outside the USA or Canada are not accepted as we cannot perform this step if need be.
- You can provide special delivery instructions in the notes section provided at checkout. If it is last minute change/request or requires special attention please contact the shipping department at 905-660-4484
SHIPPING COSTS & METHODS
- At checkout you will have the option to select In-Store Pickup at one of our two locations. Your order will be processed and held for 1 Month after processing. You must show valid Photo ID when picking up your order.
FREE SHIPPING in Canada
- If an orders value meets or exceeds $150.00 before Taxes and Shipping Charges you will receive Free Shipping if being delivered to an address in CANADA.
FLAT RATE in Canada
- We offer Flat Rate $8.95 Expedited Shipping on all orders being delivered to addresses in CANADA. These parcels are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
FLAT RATE IN CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
- We offer Flat Rate $19.95 Expedited Shipping on all orders being delivered to addresses in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. These parcels are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel / USPS Expedited or UPS. We are not responsible for any charges, customs or other fees incurred when your parcel arrives.
ORDERS CONTAINING ONLY TRADING CARD GAME SINGLES IN CANADA
- If your order contains Only Trading Card Game Singles and Meets or Exceeds $15.00 before Taxes and Shipping Charges the order will receive FREE SHIPPING! Select the $8.95 shipping option and if your order meets the above criteria you will be refunded the shipping cost when your order is processed. The order will be sent Canada Post Letter Mail with no tracking. Should you request a tracking number, this will negate the Free Shipping promotion and the $8.95 will be charged.
Depending on the size or value of your order it will be sent via Regular Letter Mail (Envelope) or Canada Post Expedited parcel at 401 Games discretion.
- If your order contains only Trading Card Game Singles and is Below $15.00 before Taxes and Shipping Charges the order will receive Flat Rate $1.50 Letter Mail Shipping! Your order will be sent via Regular Letter Mail (Envelope).
ORDERS CONTAINING ONLY TRADING CARD GAME SINGLES IN CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
- If your order contains only Trading Card Game Singles and Meets or Exceeds $25.00 before Taxes and Shipping Charges the order will receive FREE Letter Mail Shipping! Your order will be sent via Regular Letter Mail (Envelope). We are not responsible for any charges, customs or other fees incurred when your parcel arrives.
- All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock/over sold at the time you place your order, we will attempt to contact you and remove the cost of the item(s) from your order. If this puts you below the FREE SHIPPING threshold we will still honour it as this was a mistake on our end.
- All orders are taxed according to your Province, Territory or State.
GAMES WORKSHOP PRODUCTS
- Unfortunately, due to distribution restrictions we are only able to ship Games Workshop products to addresses located within Canada.
DAMAGED ITEM(S) RECEIVED
- In the unfortunate event that you receive and damaged items in your parcel please do your best to document the damage with a photo if possible. Please contact us at email@example.com or call us at 905-660-4484 with your order number and a description of the problem.
- Should you decide you do not want a product within 14 days of delivery (or 14 days from its Pick Up Fulfillment) will gladly offer a refund upon return of the product. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. This excludes Trading Card Game Singles, Trading Card Game Sealed Product and Sports Product where we reserve the right to decline a return.
