    Dear 401 Games Patrons

    After the publishing of the Non-Essentials article by the Ontario Government, we have been told our Online Operations can continue! Orders will continue to be shipped as quickly as possible, while being as safe as possible.

    Effective and Including Wednesday March 25, 2020: 401 Games will be closing all retail storefront operations until further notice. 
    This change will not affect our Online Store Operations (the one exception being orders will no longer be able to be picked up in store for the time being)

    We realize there have been a number of changes to our policies as the situation with COVID-19 has developed and we want to make sure our customers know exactly how we will continue to serve them during this time.

    Can I still place on-line orders for in-store pick-up?
    Yes. All pick-up orders will be processed and sent to the desired location, however you will not be able to pick them up until a later date due to the storefront closures.

    What about any pre-existing pick-up orders?  
    Unfortunately they cannot be picked up after 7pm on Tuesday March 24, but as explained below you can request to have it shipped.

    Can I change my pick-up order to be delivered instead?
    Of course. Just send an email with your order number and the mailing address to shipping@401games.ca, you will also need to search and purchase a "Shipping Charge" if the order is under $150 (please reference the order number for the shipping charge in your email as well)

    Can I still sell you cards?
    We are still buying all TCG singles through Mail In Trade only. Customers can use our on-line buylist tool, located here: http://www.401games.ca/buylists/. This will ensure your submission is processed as quickly as possible. Cards can be sent via regular mail to:

    We are currently not accepting any in person trades due to the closure of our retail storefronts. 

    Can I still submit card lists for pick-up in-store?
    Unfortunately with the closure of the retail storefronts, we cannot accept card lists for in store pick up.
